  40. I don't know how you were able to upload through ppp.device using a term
  41. program unless you use telser.device in the term program. Unless your previous
  42. ISP was just a BBS that allowed you to connect to the internet through them.
  43. If you are connecting to your ISP via ppp.device you must use telser.device in
  44. your term program. Also you can't use zmodem if you are connected via
  45. ppp.device. The protocol used to transfer files over the internet is called
  46. FTP
